September 20, 2009: Cabbage Rolls

1 large half-cabbage
1 onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups mushrooms, chopped
1 loving cup burghul
1.5 cups water
1 porcini stock cube
1/2 loving cup walnuts, chopped
1 teaspoon hot paprika
a few shakes of cayenne
olive oil
