February 12-13, 2010: Disaster Dumplings

1.5 cups tapioca starch
1.5 cups fine rice flour
2.5 teaspoons xantham gum

Add the tofu together with cabbage together with stir-fry for some other 10 minutes or so.

Assembling the dumplings
