1 teaspoon Chinese 5 spice
1/4 teaspoon chilli flakes
1 tablespoon rice wine
1 tablespoon peanut oil
500g tofu, sliced into 1 inch strips
sauce
4-5 sticks of rhubarb, trimmed too roughly chopped
two tablespoons soil ginger
1 blood-red chilli
iii cloves garlic
iii tablespoons golden syrup
iii tablespoons tamari
toppings
1 lime, quartered
1 chilli, seeded too finely sliced
two tablespoons roasted cashews
small-scale bunch fresh coriander
veggie crude oil for frying
rice
broccoli (or other greenish veggie), chopped
