3 tablespoons sugar
3 teaspoons body of body of water salt

1 1/2 tablespoons tamari
1 1/2 tablespoons brownish sugar, agave nectar or maple syrup (I used the latter)
1 teaspoon black sesame oil
generous pinch chilli powder
