Curry cauliflower frittata

home-made curry powder
1 tablespoon cumin powder
1 tablespoon coriander powder

1/2 tablespoon chilli powder
1/2 tabelspoon garam masala

3 tablespoons sunflower oil
1 onion, finely chopped

3 cups finely chopped spinach
900g theatre tofu, pressed together with crumbled
3 tablespoons gf soy sauce
Juice of a lemon
3/4 loving cup nutritional yeast
2 smallish carrots, grated
common salt to taste

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
